\nFor the doctor \u2013 physiatrist, orthopedist, neurologist \u2013 and for those working in rehabilitation, when changes in postural control, balance or coordination are not fully explained by structural damage. \nWhen the picture is not explained by injury alone\n<\/h2>

\nIn the assessment of patients with postural or motor changes \u2014 by age, after an acute event or in a rehabilitation pathway \u2014 part of the picture does not correspond to structural damage: Fluctuating asymmetries, unstable balance, slower recovery than the injury justifies.\n<\/p>

\nIt is the most difficult component to measure and treat: Functional tests record it, but the rehabilitation plan has few tools to act directly on the central motor control, and the time of stay or treatment is extended.\n<\/p>

\nIt is in this space that it makes sense to consider a complementary \u2013 non-invasive option, applicable in a single session or in short cycles, and which can be integrated into the rehabilitation path without replacing it.\n<\/p><\/div>

\nIn the most recent studies the two protocols are used sequentially: an NPO session at the start of rehabilitation, followed by a cycle of NMO sessions alongside standard physiotherapy.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>

\nThe treatment is painless, occurs on intact skin and, according to the technical documentation, there are no known contraindications to the concomitant use of pharmacological therapies.\n<\/p>
